Coaching
Our trained and licensed coaching staff offers players high quality, competitive and enjoyable soccer experiences, and challenges players to achieve their maximum potential in soccer.

Many UCC coaches are parents of players, present or past, and other soccer enthusiasts willing to offer their time and energy.

UCC head and assistant coaches are required by the Missouri Youth Soccer Association to have:

Completed the Foundations of Coaching Course and/or hold a USSF Coaching License.

Complete an annual MYSA Background Check.

Complete an approved Concussion Prevention Training course.

Complete the federally mandated SafeSport training course or refresher course annually.
