Parent Expectations
Youth sports should be fun! Parent support and encouragement is key to player success in the United CC program.
It is important that parents observe the guidelines established by United CC, league and the Missouri Youth Soccer Association.
Parents must read and sign the Parent Code of Ethics.
Time Commitments for United CC Parents
There are many opportunities for United CC parents to be involved in the club, including volunteering as a team manager, coach or serving on the board. At a minimum, United CC parents are expected to participate in meetings and events that support the club's ability to perform it's mission.

Every family is required to attend one general meeting sometime throughout the year and bring back the information from that meeting to other team parents.

Each family will be required to work at our annual tournaments.

Each family will be required to participate in club fundraisers.

Be encouraging, supportive and positive about my child's play on the field

Support the coach, manager and the team

Show respect for officials, opponents and other spectators

Volunteer my services and talents to United CC when possible

Familiarize myself with the rules of the game, the team and the club

Notify the coach or team manager if my child will be tardy for or unable to make a practice, game or meeting

Encourage my child to be responsible and prepared for all games and training sessions (mental attitude, equipment, water)
