Storage
All payment data is encrypted and collected via **Stripe**, our third-party secure storage provider. This allows for manual fee assessment for documented facility rule violations.
Check-in
Efficiency
Patrons should expect a parking check-in time of **30 seconds per vehicle**. Please have your digital pass ready upon arrival to maintain complex flow.
Enforcement
Protocol
Pass sharing is prohibited. Outstanding fees or refusal to pay will result in **immediate removal** from private property and denial of facility access.
Arrival Protocol
Security Evidence
A scout worker will take photo evidence of your license plate, vehicle, make and model for your security while in the facility.
Gate Validation
The gatekeeper will ensure a pass is active from prepayment or issue one via SMS text if you didn't prepay.
Checkout Scan
When you exit the facility a worker will scan your pass to check you out, and that's it.
