MYSA Recruitment & Transfer Rules
Per explicit directives of the Missouri Youth Soccer Association (MYSA), competitive roster selection and recruitment boundaries are strictly governed:
- ● Anti-Poaching LimitationsTargeted recruiting of specifically registered competitive players or teams from outside organizations is completely illegal in the State of Missouri and subject to severe organizational sanctions.
- ● Tryout & Offer ThresholdsAt no time can a coach or club representative extend formal roster positions or collect fees prior to the official district-sanctioned tryout dates.
- ● Contractual Roster BindingOnce a player executes a competitive registration agreement and pays appropriate fees, that player is contractually bound to the member organization for the full duration of the seasonal year.
- ● Financial Clearance ReleaseMid-season transfers or drops are highly restricted past June 15th. Per MYSA regulations, administrative player pass releases cannot be authorized by the club registrar if outstanding program fee debts remain unresolved.
Disciplinary Escalation & Enforcement
Recruiting violations or severe breaches of the parent/player codes of ethics are considered significant offenses. United Capital City Athletic and the MYSA hearing panels maintain absolute authority to issue official match sideline bans, fine club parameters, or permanently suspend competitive player credentials to protect team and club stability.
